Delete your account

Last updated: October 8, 2026

You can permanently delete your Chronode account and the data we store for that account on our servers. This page explains how to do that in the app and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.

Permanent action. Account deletion cannot be undone. You will be asked to confirm twice in the app before deletion proceeds.

Delete your account in the Chronode app

You must be signed in to delete your account from the app.

  1. Open Chronode on your iPhone or Android device.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Data & Security.
  4. Scroll to Delete account and tap the button.
  5. Confirm twice when prompted.

After deletion completes, you will be signed out. If you open Chronode again without signing in, you can continue as a guest with data stored locally on that device.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove:

What may remain

Retention

Account and cloud workspace data tied to your user ID are removed when deletion succeeds. We do not keep a restorable copy of your deleted account for routine use. Backup or log retention by infrastructure providers, if any, is short-lived and used only for security and operations.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your Chronode account (or explain if you no longer have access). We will verify your identity and process the request.

Chaisun Inc.
Email:

Include “Chronode account deletion” in the subject line and, if possible, the email address you used to sign in.

Delete data without deleting your account

Chronode does not currently offer a separate self-service option to delete only cloud backup while keeping your account. To remove server-side data tied to your identity, use account deletion above. To remove local data only, clear app storage or uninstall Chronode on your device.
